The award testifies to our commitment to our employees’ wellbeing and rewards not only our efforts, but also and most importantly everyone who works every day for an increasingly inclusive Group: our People.

The Certification

Certification is awarded to companies with at least 250 employees locally or at least 2.500 globally that meet the high standards required in Human Resources, based on a structured process to analyse and assess their policies and strategies. Career development with growth-oriented policies, working environment, talent acquisition, training, and diversity & inclusion are just some of the aspects considered in the process of obtaining this prestigious certification.

Our commitment to the wellbeing of all our people joins the journey embarked on in recent years in the framework of Diversity and Inclusion, to create an even more open, stimulating and Gap Free working environment. In 2022, marking further progress in the construction of a rewarding, inclusive and flexible working environment, we signed the new supplementary employment contract covering all employees working at our Nuvola Lavazza headquarters in Turin and at the offices in Settimo Torinese, containing important new provisions to ensure an even better work-life balance.
