Their loyalty and dedication are rewarded at an emotionally charged annual event organised to celebrate the most enduring careers.

We cultivate a passion for the product, the brand and digital evolution through training and development programmes. We put sustainability at the core of all our engagement programmes and want our People to gain firsthand experience not only of aspects upstream of our supply chain but also of the environmental, economic and social impact of the programmes we develop for the wellbeing of coffee producing communities.

 

 

We build and share the Group's journey

We’re careful to build an experience for everyone based on transparency, relationships and participation in the Group’s growth. Every quarter, our Town Halls are an opportunity to share the performance of our businesses and the main projects underway with the entire corporate population. Each department also organises periodical international meetings that are opportunities to meet and network with colleagues from around the world.

 

 

We have an impact on society 

We support local communities and the associations that bring them to life through the Lavazza Volunteer Program. Starting in 2023, in collaboration with more than 15 local associations that are already Lavazza Foundation partners, various activities have been organized on issues including food security, quality education, gender equality, inclusion, decent work and economic growth. The first three editions saw the participation of more than 360 people, who devoted over 1,700 working hours to voluntary activities. In 2025 and 2026, the Volunteer Program received the “Volontari@Work” Award promoted by the Terzjus Foundation, with the endorsement of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and in collaboration with Unioncamere, Italia non profit and the National Third Sector Forum.

 

 

We experience beautiful moments together

As a Worldwide Coffee Family, we value and encourage opportunities for our people to share moments of work and leisure. In December, we organise a big party at our Nuvola headquarters to celebrate the year we’ve spent together and welcome in the new one. There’s also no lack during the year of opportunities to meet and activities organised by our people to nurture relationships with colleagues, including outside working hours.

We want our People to be able to express their talent in working environments that comply with the highest standards of safety and comfort and are also aesthetically pleasing, because creativity and productivity need beauty too to express themselves. That's why our workspaces incorporate cutting-edge technology to offer the best support for everyday activities, as well as including generous areas for sharing and relaxation. Our collective catering services offer tasty, balanced menus, with no shortage of space for physical and leisure activities.
