Our Group’s new organizational structure for the DACH & Poland Region and company Kicking Horse Coffee has been approved.
Under the leadership of Group Chief Commercial Officer Mauro Mantovani, the corporate structure has been reorganized as follows:
- The DACH & Poland Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland) will be led by Cèdric Malaga in the role of Regional Director DACH & Poland. Susan Wege, who has held this position for almost seven years, has decided to pursue new professional challenges outside the Group.
- Andrea Chiaramello takes over as the new CEO of Kicking Horse Coffee. Chiaramello will also remain in his current role as Senior Vice President North America, reporting to Hossam Ashraf, Lavazza North America President.
The organizational structures of the Group’s other regions remain unchanged.
