The Certification

Certification is awarded to companies with at least 250 employees locally or at least 2.500 globally that meet the high standards required in Human Resources, based on a structured process to analyze and assess their policies and strategies. Career development with growth-oriented policies, working environment, talent acquisition, training, and diversity & inclusion are just some of the aspects considered in the process of obtaining this prestigious certification.
