Diversity and Inclusion

Culture and engagement

DE&I Culture & Engagement

We are committed to building a rewarding, inclusive and flexible working environment within the context of an increasingly wide-reaching international programme of cultural transformation.

“We are a community in which, like single origins, we come together to create a perfect blend. This is what we are: people who enrich one another thanks to our diversities.”

This is how we describe our Community in our D&I Manifesto: because every individual is encouraged to take part in change, which we can promote all together, in the company and in society.

ERGs & Activators

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are made up of colleagues who volunteer to promote a fair and inclusive workplace in line with our values. People in these ERGs also interface with local communities and create opportunities for meetings and in-house training on Diversity & Inclusion themes. Also represented in the in-house Global D&I Council, our ERGs gather suggestions for improvements from their colleagues in order to foster an increasingly inclusive corporate culture and continuously stimulate change. They are currently active in various countries where the Group operates and focus on themes that reflect local priorities and sensibilities. There also are 17 Activators working in these groups, people with various roles and seniority levels who promote GAP FREE, our equal opportunities and diversity programme.

Gap Free Day

In various countries, since 2023, one of the ongoing training, awareness raising and engagement activities organised for our people on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics is GAP FREE Day, a whole day devoted to studying the key messages in our D&I Manifesto and asking ourselves what being a Gap Free company means to us and what we can do as allies and as a community to achieve our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.

Partners & Networks

Along the cultural transformation path we have taken, we are building a network of collaborations with partners who are experts on these issues, in line with Goal 17 of Agenda 2030 – Partnerships for the Goals. Detailed below are some of the more relevant collaborations at HQ level, not to mention the numerous partnerships and local networks operating across the Group’s affiliates.
