Making culture accessible to everyone by promoting inclusivity and awareness. This is the goal that drives our efforts and, to mark International Museum Day 2026, it’s joined by the Museo Sospeso initiative and the expansion of the IncluVisity project, which now involves 13 museums around the world.

“Museo Sospeso”: the initiative

From Monday 18 May 2026, you can visit some of Italy’s leading museums by applying for tickets ‘paid forward’ by our Group in collaboration with five partner museums: the Museo Egizio and the Lavazza Museum in Turin, the Triennale and the Grande Brera in Milan, and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice. Both associations and private citizens can apply for these tickets by directly contacting the museums, which issue them based on criteria defined by the individual institutions and subject to availability.

The initiative is sponsored by ICOM Italy (International Council of Museums). The theme chosen by the organisers for International Museum Day 2026, Museums that unite a divided world, aligns perfectly with our Group’s commitment to culture as a universal tool for exchanging ideas, knowledge and experiences.

A vision a long time in the making: IncluVisity

“Museo Sospeso” forms part of the journey that began with IncluVisity, the project launched in 2023 to redefine the museum experience by putting the focus on people and by promoting initiatives organised by our museum partners that have introduced inclusive visitor programmes designed to appeal to as wide an audience as possible.
